What is butterfly clicking?
Butterfly clicking uses two fingers — usually your index and middle finger — alternating rapidly on the same mouse button. Because two fingers share the work, you can register clicks much faster than with one, often 12–18 CPS.
How to butterfly click
Place two fingers on the left button and roll them alternately, like a drumroll, so one is pressing while the other lifts. It takes practice to keep the rhythm even. Note that some mice and games register the double-registrations as a single click, which can cap the count.
